What do you mean by 'in times like this'? Is there some danger going on? And, nerdiness is seriousness and practicality is not being that serious in life, right? Well, in some ways, nerdiness can be better than practicality and in also some ways, practicality is mostly better than nerdiness. Very Happy

Practicality!!!

Nerdiness are people who keep studying and doesn't know what limit is -- though they are smart---

But being yourself and loving life is better!!!

I agree with this. No matter what you are, you should accept that and be yourself. Becoming what you want to become is good and all but trying what you want to become but you know that you can't be one is just pointless. Notice trying and becoming. Hahahahah..... lol!

I so agree with this one. There's nothing wrong with studying but like everything else in this world, it has its limits, right? And yeah, be yourself and love life. Live like there's no tomorrow. You'll never know. What if you only had an hour left to live, would you want to spend that remaining hour holding that book or go out and live your life?

Practicality, for sure. Being nerd is one of the most absurd things a man can do in his life. It's like restricting yourself to have fun, to enjoy life. I'd rather die than study every thing that ever existed on the universe. Anyway, why do nerd people study almost all kinds of things, when in fact, when they get to college, they would just focus on one course? God!

I agree with you. Nothing beats the joy of life. This is why nerds are practically useless. I know numerous nerds who graduated as Valedictorians and they just ended up being unemployed.

Agree. Think of it this way, why waste life with such a wasteful act? There are many nerd people who always gets the spot light on school but end up being lazy at the end. I think it's because, they used up all their eagerness in studying at an early age and they just lost their interest. God! Who can live a life full of memorisations, formulas and solutions, because I seriously can't. It is better to live a life with novels and literature rather than textbooks..

Yes. Literature and novels are better than textbooks. No offense to nerds but you wouldn't actually see them doing any other things other than reading a textbook or lecture book. I mean, come on! Why not go into literature, videography, filiming, graphics designing, website making, etc.?

Aye. Nerds literally sink their selves with formulas, numbers and infinite limits. Nerds are so much into studying that it comes to the point that they no longer care about how they look and how they act. Poor creatures... tsk3!

Yeah, I know what you mean. Nerds have the smarts but they don't have the intelligence to convert it to wisdom. It would be better if I apply things they learn to other aspects of life. Like J.K. Rowling, James Cameron, Film Directors, etc. Even I use some textbook stuffs into my stories such as using the terms Symmetry and Infinity but in a rather unique turn. Very Happy
